A moderately fast growing cultivar, twining round the supports by means of curling petioles. Rose-lilac flowers with a carmine bar at the center of the sepals and light brown stamens are borne during May and June and again in September. In full sun flowers tend to fade. Suitable for training over various garden supports such as trellises and poles, or growing into the trees. Particularly useful for partial shade.
